សាលាអន្តរជាតិ ហ្សាយអិន ភ្នំពេញ (ZISPP) បានចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់ (MOU) ជាមួយសាកលវិទ្យាល័យអាមេរិកាំងភ្នំពេញ ជាការកត់សម្គាល់ជំហានដ៏សំខាន់មួយក្នុងការជំរុញកិច្ចសហការសិក្សា។
ភាពជាដៃគូនេះមានគោលបំណងបង្កើនឱកាសអប់រំសម្រាប់សិស្សានុសិស្ស ដោយផ្តល់នូវផ្លូវឆ្ពោះទៅការអប់រំកម្រិតខ្ពស់ កម្មវិធីរួមគ្នា និងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរចំណេះដឹង។ កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងនេះឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់ស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរចំពោះឧត្តមភាពក្នុងវិស័យអប់រំ និងការត្រៀមរៀបចំសិស្សានុសិស្សឱ្យទទួលបានជោគជ័យលើឆាកអន្តរជាតិ។
